Microsoft has prepared a list of interesting updates for the smartphones based on Windows Phone. The first device was the Samsung Focus — it received not only pre-NoDo but also NoDo and a security patch for the its version 1.4.

Now the update is going to land to the following smartphones: the HTC Mozart, the LG Optimus 7 and the Samsung Omnia 7. The update doesn’t bring a new version of the OS (this means that you still need to wait for the Mango update), instead it brings in a list of enhancements. The most noteworthy of the enhancements are smoother touch navigation, increased battery life and call quality improvements. These features will be device specific, thus they might vary from device to device.

The first feedback from the users of the LG Optimus  is the following:

“The touch screen is faster and smoother. I cannot say anything about battery life and call clarity yet.

The original pre-NoDo update was announced back in February, while a month later, on March 22, the full NoDo update became available. However, the users of the smartphones didn’t get the chance to update their smartphones at that time.
