US Cellular is the next carrier getting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S III. The four major US carriers in face of Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile have been accepting pre-orders for a few weeks now. Afterward, C-Spire joined them, and now US Cellular set up its pre-order page. It’s now among those 300 carriers throughout the world that will be selling the most powerful Android handset.

US Cellular requires $299.99 for the 16GB model and $349.99 for the 32GB model. It’s $100 more than the price at which the Fab Four is getting pre-orders, but still OK for one of the best Android cell phones on the market. The carrier promises to ship the device in four to six weeks. So you will receive the pre-ordered phones anytime between July 12 and July 26.

The carrier is accepting pre-orders at the aforementioned prices but that extra C-note will come back to users as a $100 mail-in-rebate. So I recommend that you take care of the rebate immediately after receiving the phone because you have to take the forms to US Cellular before December 18. Otherwise, you will put it off until the next day and simply forget.
